Additional evidence was created by ROSIE75
Hi, I should have asked these questions on the last thread, sorry. Firstly, I am going to send extra info/evidence to the DWP to help my appeal but who should I address it to at the top of the envelope 'APPEALS' or something else because I want to get it to the right place?
Also, if I want to ask the DWP if they would change my face-to-face WFI to one done over the phone when should I ask them now or wait until I get a letter about my first interview? Many thanks.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi Rosie, it sounds perfectly reasonable to send your additional eveidence to 'appeals'. It is what I intend to do, unless I am advised otherwise.
As far as the WFIs are concerned, I don't think that these are dealt with by the same department who deal with the assessments. My appointment was send from my local jobcentre, there was a slip stapled to the front which gave the number to ring if there were any problems with the appointment - this is the number I phoned to ask for the interview to be conducted over the phone (although I need to ring again as I have not had any confirmation of this request).

Hi Rosie, done this myself recently make sure you mark it APPEALS but more importantly make sure your name and NI number are also included on any additional paperwork.
