Too many balls in air was created by benefits61
12 Months ago I was transferred to ESA WRAG group. I wrote to Jobcentre saying I felt I had been misled and asked how many points I had got They replied I had 15 points and because I thought I had been misled they would send it back to the decider and could appeal later. That was September 2011. I have since wrote to them to ask if a decission has been made and have no reply. I have now had another form ESA50 sent to me which I completed and sent back. Ive now had a call from my doctor who wants to see me.Q? does anybody know whats going on?
Thankyou
Thankyou

With regard to your doctor, it sounds like they have received an ESA113 medical report from from the DWP, and they want to discuss the contents with you, before completing it.
With regard your request for a Reconsideration, either it was not done, or you were not informed of the result. You will need to pester the DWP to find out which is the case. It will be difficult for you to progress this matter without knowing what has happened.

It is a really good thing that your GP has contacted you, not all do and give out of date, or inaccurate info to the DWP as a result. This can make incorrect decisions much harder to unravel Don't forget to thank your GP when you see him/her.

The DWP Decision maker is supposed to seek additional evidence if they believe that they have insufficient evidence to make a Decision.thank you, I have had great support from my doctor.
