esa questionaire and extra evidence plus dla

hi hubby had a visit from atos doc regarding his dla on tuesday the doc seemd nice but am not holding my breath hubby couldnt do much either as he was on a bad day so waiting for result of the dla descion now he been turned down twice
also i need to know what i could send as extra info we have returned the esa questionaire back today and put in a prescription list and a copy of his appointment letter for may hubby sees his gp nxt week and were thinking of asking him if he would do a letter to back up his disabilitys we have put a note in the esa saying we will forward extra evidence in plz would it be worth getting a doctors letter and is there anything else we could do any advise would be appreciated thnaks in advancexxx
