Anyone yet succeeded in getting Atos to supply electronic note taker [costs about 100 pounds plus travel]or British Sign Language interpreter or BOTH when attending wca assessment?

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

If your concern is a transcript of the precedings, then the best I think that ATOS will be able to offer is to have your medical audio recorded, obviously this presumes that the translator translates word for word, and you will need to have a transcript produced from the tape. The situation is still too new to be able to say whether this facility would be extended to a home medical.
If you do want your medical recorded, you need to inform ATOS in writing as soon as possible, this may result in your medical needing to be re-scheduled which may count as one of your two strikes.

The standard procedure is to supply a BSL interpreter, you need to have informed then on your ESA50 that this is needed.Anyone yet succeeded in getting Atos to supply electronic note taker [costs about 100 pounds plus travel]or British Sign Language interpreter or BOTH when attending wca assessment?

Thanks again to Pusscatsmum and Gordon.
Really fully informative and helpful and all concerns have been kindly clarified.
Still would be interested if anyone can share their experiences in Scotland and N. Ireland.
