As recommended by B&W and as part of my appeal against an award I received for DLA I requested a copy of my data from the DWP under the Data Protection Act. What I eventually received (and that's a whole other story) was a massive computer printout. I am unable to identify on this printout what evidence the Decision Maker used to decide my award and I wondered if anyone else out there could help me to decipher it.

Unfortunately it sounds like the DWP have taken you quite literally and have sent you a printed copy of your computer record. I'm not aware of anything in the public domain that explains what each field is for.
