IB to ESA WRAG without a medical or interview,.

I have just been put in the wrAg group without a medical or interview from IB but feel I should have been placed in the support group to to medical reports saying that my condition is getting worse.I have limited attention span due to pain and the medication I take so it's been hard to find the answer to my question on your forum. Also if I don't appeal how often would I be called into the assessment for work meetings? So confused as to what to do. Have thought of ringing them but I am concerned that I will not take in what they say or perhaps say the wrong thing. Where do I go for help with this one?

IMO as for ringing to find out the information you need, have you got someone that can ring on your behalf and take down the answers for you?

Best to ring them as the info on their website isn't always up to date.

The only other thing I can think of, is in our area we have a drop-in benefits shop, they would have helped me with, for instance, an appeal, had I decided to go down that route. There might be something like that in your area.
