Will you please let me know when they contact you and how you get on with having a home medical if possible?
Gordon
I was informed by dwp when they sent the esa50 that my money would not change until the process was over so although a possible 7 month delay would be stressful I shouldnt have a drop in money, but might I have to pay back any money if I fail esa in the end?
I know atos might not send my gp an esa113 but wont they give me a chance to get support from my gp if its needed when they phone me about the medical?

Hi LiB,
yes of course I'll let you know if I receive a call & what is said.. This will be the first time that I've sent a supporting letter from my doctor, with my form.. Hopefully, this will be enough evidence for them...
Try not to worry - they will contact you only if they need to.. I know that I couldn't physically get to an assessment centre, so they will have to come & see me, if they need to... I will keep you updated though, LiB xx

I'm hoping it does not come to this, but if you fail to attend the medical, you can be found Fit for Work and your claim closed, If this happens, even if you appeal, payments will not be re-instated until you actually have a medical. This situation could take many months to resolve.I was informed by dwp when they sent the esa50 that my money would not change until the process was over so although a possible 7 month delay would be stressful I shouldnt have a drop in money, but might I have to pay back any money if I fail esa in the end?
