ESA advice please was created by Fleur33
My stepson received an award for ESA a week ago, after sending in his form with a sick note. He has now received another ESA form an ESA50 this time, asking details about his illness. Would it help if he enclosed his DLA award for high mobility and high care, that he has now been awarded thanks to this wonderful site?
His GP is prepared to write a letter explaining he can't attend work interviews or face to face assessments, because of his immobility and illness. Will they ignore a letter such as this?
Thanks.

The DWP Decision Maker is required to look at all of the evidence you send in, so sending in a recent DLA result is a good idea.
