ESA Medical was created by Natalie
I have got the date through for my Medical Assessment on the 18th of May. I received the letter this morning.
I was wondering, If I can record my medical interview? Do I have to let them?
And also what questions will they ask me in the medical? Will they they examine me? As I was born with Klippel Feil Syndrome (a short neck, restricted mobility of the upper spine and a low hairline) Shoulders are slightly uneven too. I am not sure what to expect.
This will be my first ESA Medical.
Thanks.

Hi, Natalie,
This might be of help:
ESA Medical – What to expect
There is also information on medicals in the B&W guides, here: www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/employment-and...allowance/esa-claims
I believe you have to let Atos use their own equipment if your medical is recorded. I'm sure there's a teamplate for a letter on this site for requesting the medical be recorded, trying to find it now.

Once again, thank you.
I am going to ask my mum to phone up and ask for my medical to be recorded. I am deaf as I cannot hear the phone very well.
Will they've to change my Medical Assessment Appointment, If I want my Medical to be recorded?
Thanks.

ATOS seem to require three weeks to arrange for a medical to be recorded, so if your appointment is within this timescale, it may well be pushed back.Once again, thank you.
