I had printed off a few letters for requesting to have my Medical Recorded, where to I've to send it to?

DWP (my local office is in Sheffield) and to the Medical Examination Centre. As I want to send them off in the morning.

Got my medical Weds, did,nt ask for it to be recorded, my friends husband is coming in with me ive asked him to take notes, i,m assuming thats ok, his wife has got MS she,s very bad but she,s a pensioner now but does at lot for the MS socity, and they are getting lots of info now about ESA, so him coming in with me may help people in their MS group , he can give them an insight to what the assessment is like first hand.

Thats a relief, i hope that what he sees and hears for himself help to advise his MS members, who in my opinion should,nt have to go through this process at all.
