I submitted my ESA 50 in mid-february and I have just been placed on a waiting list for an intensive inpatient treatment program. (The waiting list is over a year at the moment.)
As yet I have heard nothing from ATOS, so I assume my file is still sitting in a to do pile.
Should I supply them with this new information now, or wait until I finally receive a date for a medical?
If you believe the information may result in ATOS being able to make a recommendation without a medical then I would suggest you send the information immediately, with a copy to the DWP office dealing with your claim. Make sure you include your name and NIN on each page.
If not, then I would take a copy of the information to the medical and ask the "doctor" to include it in your files, but also send a copy to the DWP as well.
