I have osteoathritis, carpal tunnel syndrome, prolapsed disc, sciatica,High Blood Pressure, ....severe aches and pain all over and partially sighted in left eye, angina. I have been awarded low rate Care component indefinitly, appealed but have still been refused any mobility. please help.
