ESA Tribunal was created by queenlatifa
Hi

this is my first post so please be gentle :)

I have been on IB for a few years then I received a letter saying it was going to be changed to ESA.

I filled the forms in and then attended a medical. the result was that I was disallowed ESA and had the right to appeal which I did. I've asked for an oral hearing - no date yet.

Unfortunately, I naively thought that I wouldnt need any medical reports. Probably others on here think/thought that they would believe you when you fill forms in and I just didnt expect my claim to be disallowed. I have been under a consultant for about 8 years so I am going to ask him for a report (havent been able to as he has been on holiday and is back next week). What do you think would be the best to ask him for...a report? or a letter? I have seen him a lot over the years and I think he will oblige.

Other than that, is there anything else I need to know? I have been looking around the site but I dont know if I've been looking in the right places.

Many thanks in advance :)
