Thankyou for your reply Gordon.
Just to let you know that my transfer from INC/BEN to ESA is overdue.
Long may that continue.

Hi Gordon
Thanks for explaining I may may not be re-assessed at the present time.
I just want to reduce my current anxiety as it is making me worse and affecting my life.
I just want to know whether my monthly occupational pension of £460 would mean that, if found fit for work, would I not receive JSA, or, would I only receive a limited amount of JSA?
Being found fit for work and losing an appeal = being unable to pay my mortgage. I am worried that this is going to make my mental state much worse.
I want to find out if my fears regarding being left with insufficient income are untrue.
If I know they are untrue, the quality of my present life would be greatly reduced, because I could let go of that fear, but at the moment, I don’t know if I can let go.
You have been really helpful so far.

I can only answer your questions in generalities that may well not refer to your personal situation, if you want detailed answers to these questions then you need to get face to face advice from an advisor that can sit down with you and go over all aspects of your situation.

Why can’t you answer a question about my specific claim?
