Audio recording for Tribunal was created by Tilly
Hi all. I sent off my Appeal with supporting info and informed them that I will be submitting the audio recording of the medical to tribunal also. Two copies of the recording are made, one for me to take away and one that is stored by Atos. The Audio recording consent form says "Should a further copy of the CD be required by you, this request should be made to DWP". I dont want to send the CD I have to DWP as evidence for my appeal - I assume you send all evidence to DWP and not directly to Tribunal at a later date - because it might go missing etc. Do I have to request a copy and then send it back to them? :S

In the first instance, you send all evidence to the DWP, however, if after their Reconsideration, the Decision remains the same, they will pass your file to the Tribunal Service, at this point, you should send any further evidence to the TS who will copy it to all parties.

I'm afraid I can't confirm that you need to get a copy of the CD from the DWP, the potential issue, would be the copy being certified. I am sure that there are companies who could provide this service (at a charge), however, it is quite easy to copy a CD on your own computer, if you have the right software.

Many thanks for that info Gordon. I think I will request a copy from the DWP and then send the copy back to them as further evidence for my appeal :)
