MY appeal from Wrag to Support was successful at reconsideration stage. I was just told over the phone.
I need to now establish how long i will be in the support group until my next medical.
Could you please indicate: 1. What is the correct procedure after a successful reconsideration ? Is it that they must put the reconsideration in writing and from receival of that letter it is best to then request another ESA85a which relates to the reconsideration. I am assuming that another ESA85a must be obtained related to a reconsideration ? 2. My previous ESA85a relating to the wrag group said medical within 18 months. Can i expect this to have remained the same or might it increase or decrease with award of support group.
And thanks for all W&B support and existence this result after 7 months from original migration from IS to ESA.
