I really do not understand the benefits system. I used all of your advice and was awarded DLA lower rate care indefinate now. But when claiming for ESA again, i was in the work cat. I have been denied either work cat and support cat....i cant believe it!!!! I am suicidal now, i have those tendancies before and feel life isnt worth it coz they dont believe me! I have Fibromyalgia and Arthritis and im ill some days im in bed ill, i am incontinant bowel and bladder and soil myself at least once aday!!! Why dont they delieve me????? Help!

If you are truely feeling suicidal, please get help - from your GP, psychiatrist or even the Samaritans.

I agree with MHB you should seek help, are you under an incontinence proffessional, because i think Atos only accept evidence from a proffessional, good luck to you .

You are entitled to appeal the ESA Decision, although it will take time and won't be easy, but you should be entitled to the ESA Assessment rate while you wait for a hearing.
