I have been declined ESA, the form I was sent said i had 0 points however in the decision makers notes they state I should have 6 points, yet another esa cockup.
Any way what I was wondering is, in my appeal I've mentioned that my mam does a lot of things for me. Such as encouraging me to get up/dressed, she talks to people for me like shop assistants, so I can go shopping with out feeling anxious talking to strangers. She does all the housework.
Should I get her to write a letter for my appeal stating the things she does for me?
Yes, it would be helpful to get your mother to write a statement for you, especially if she can match it to the ESA descriptors that you believe you meet.
