'Work-focused (pathways to work) interviews' doc was created by xpabl0b
On Page 7 of the 'Employment & Support Allowance claims for Mental Health & Learning Difficulties February 2012' booklet it is stated:
'You can download a detailed guide to Work-focused (pathways to work) interviews from www.benefitsandwork.co.uk'
Despite looking, I am really struggling to find this guide. Please would a kind person
point me in the right direction.
Many, many thanks

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

I think the document you are looking for is on the following link
www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/help-for-claimants/work
However, you should be aware that the Pathways to Work programme was closed in April of last year and replaced with the Work Programme so you might want to have a look at the following FAQ

Thankyou very much for your quick and helpful reply and for letting me know about the demise of the 'Pathways to Work' programme and its replacement with the 'Work Programme'.
I wonder if you know if this means that I will not be required to attend the six Work-focused interviews that were required under the 'Pathways to Work' programme?
Also, what is the position regarding sanctions for the 'Work Programme' - are they the same as under the 'Pathways to Work' programme.
Many, many thanks and good on you for the sterling work you are doing to help the weak and the vulnerable

The WFI are required as a result of you being entitled to the WRAG component of ESA and are not specifically asscoiated with any "programm" that the DWP may be operating in parallel, although referall onto a programme usually stops any further WFIs.
Sanctions on the Work Programme are substantially the same as those that were in place with PtW.
