A bit confused was created by pavmas
I looked through the forum and cant find an answer.
send in ESA50 in DEC with doctors letter stating I would need a home visit. Atos contacted my doctor then they sent my file back DM.
I got a letter in March teling me I have been placed in WRAG, so I appealed and was send conformation saying it could take a few months,
I then received a letter telling me I have to go for an interview in June and benefit can be stopped if I dont attend,
They acknowledged that I am unable to attend a medical and needed a home visit but now have sent me an appointment at the Jobcentre.

When i appealed I asked for all my paperwork and how they reached the decision ( all that was advised here).
I received nothing but this appointment.
Here is hoping have a good day and can make it or I lose my benefit.
Can this really be right.

Unfortunately, participating in WFIs is a mandatory requirement of being in the WRAG.

You can try contacting the JC+ advisor handling your case, as you are appealing the may be willing to defer the appointment, alternatively, it is possible for the interview to be held over the phone and on occassion at your home, although the latter is very rare.

When you asked for your paperwork, was this over the phone or in writing? At the first, I would suggest you phone them to find out what is going on, and then if necessary make a Subject Access Request, see page 12-13 of the ESA Appeals guide.
