As, as has already been stated, we are not aware of anyone submitting a recording, of any form, to a Benefits Tribunal, this is all quite hypothetical.
I think it quite unlikely that the panel will look to question the ATOS "doctor", as to them denying the validity of the recording, I guess this is a possibility, but again, this assumes that these are issues that a Tribunal will want to investigate.
It is worth pointing out, that one of the results of "destroying" the medical report, is that a new medical may be ordered by the Tribunal, which may not be to the claimants advantage.
