Hi All Long story cut short,I was called for an ESA medical,Result failed,applied for DLA, result failed,received a letter from DWP,I have now been put onto Support Group,Appealled DLA Decision,was told they are using the evidence from my ESA medical but they dont normally do that they said,and now I am waiting to go to DLA tribuniral....??????
You don't say why your original ESA Decision was revised, did you request a Reconsideration or lodge an appeal?
Although there are limited crossover points between the two benefits, an ESA medical report is often used to decide a DLA claim. The report should be included in the evidence pack you should receive in connection to the appeal.
