I was wondering if medics who carry out the face-to-face assessments for ESA read people's ESA50s before the assessment/before they submit their report? I think I remember reading for DLA that they might or might not choose to read the form, but they can assess it if they want as it's up to them, so maybe it's the same for ESA.
THE ATOS "doctor" is required to read the ESA50 and any evidence attached to it prior to carrying out the WCA medical, whether they do this or not and with what diligence, is another matter.
