I have tried Googling the number without success.
ATOS will not leave a message as the have been instructed it could breach your confidentiality.
The number for the ATOS Call Centre is 0800 2888 777.

Atos Medical Services have offices in al parts of the UK which B & W don't have on file.
The number you quoted starts with 020 so is a London area number. Whether or not ATOS would leave a message is something we cannot answer.
It sounds like the number you called was busy, so you were put in queue for a customer service advisor. I can only suggest you call the number again until you get a reply.
This really falls in the category of asking for specific advice, but on this occasion I've allowed it.
Future queries about calls from ATOS, the DWP etc. etc. should be taken up with the department or agency that telephoned you and not with B & W.
