Hi Gordon,
I just checked link.If you click on Disability benefits that count as income for Tax Credits, there are 2 paragraphs. One states Disability benefits that counts towards Tax Credits and one that does not.
There are many benefits listed that do not count as income towards Tax Credits and DLA is one of them.
Hubbies DLA is not counted as income, just recieved award notice last week.
Radhika.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Sorry guys you're right, despite reading the page 5 times to double check I was posting correctly, I mis-read the content, chalk another one to my ME/CFS.

Gordon,
Don't worry it happens to all of us.
In your case you can be easily forgiven due to all the reading/investigations you do, as you also have health issues, and is still prepared to help all of us and our friends and family.
Take a chill pill at 4pm. LOL
Radhika.
