At my ESA Medical this Friday my wife and my 41 year old daughter are coming in with me I will say " I had asked for this assessment to recorded but due to lack of machines and not wishing to delay this I want my daughter to take notes " they will apparently read out a legal statement re the note taking then during the latter end of the interview I am thinking of saying to the doctor or nurse " I notice you haven't been writing down anything or typing into the computer the things I have said regarding how my daily life is affected by my medical conditions can I ask why" I think that by saying this should I have to go to appeal this would probably act in my favour. I would welcome any comments on this good or bad please
