I sent of my appeal form on the 12th july, recorded and i know they have received it but ive heard nothing. How will i know if payments will continue. Also sent off requesting further information on how they came to the decision on the 8th July and have heard nothing for that either. Is it worth me ringing the dwp or should i just wait.

I would contact the DWP for an update.
Also, if you have not already done so, you need to supply Fit Notes covering you from the date of the Decision letter.
