Letter to request that Atos assessment be recorded

I have been summoned to appear at an Atos assessment in August as part of a transfer from IB to ESA. I want to write to insist that an audio recording of the assessment is made.

My question concerns whom I should send copies of the letter to.

At present I am planning to send the letter to Atos Healthcare, Wembley MSC, P.O. Box 1044, London, SW95 9EB. I am also planning to send a copy of the letter to the assessment centre that I have been ordered to attend.

I would also somehow like to send a copy to the DWP in case Atos claim not to have received the letter I send them. I am unable to find a postal address for the DWP and I have no idea which office is dealing with my claim as it is a migration from IB to ESA rather than a new claim. Should I just send a copy to my local Job Centre Plus, or is there another DWP address I can use?

Your local JCP will not deal with this. Did you fill out and ESA50 form? If so, you should send your request to the address on that paperwork.
