Hi Gordon,
if it takes 365 day or more before my appeal is heard, would i be entitled to IR ESA as there is no other income as i live alone and got no savings.

Good catch, yes if you are also eligible for ESA(IR) payments should continue.Hi Gordon,

You'll need to contact the DWP, I am not aware of anything like the three day rule for a new claim, that would effect when the assessment rate for an appeal should be payable from.Can i ask you all why iv,e lost out on 4 days payment when i get the backdated money, as the letter states i will get paid from the 7th August assessment rate every 2 weeks, my last IB payment was 3rd August and i thought Ib was paid in arrears, iv,e sent everything to them in good time so that can,t be the reason.

Hi to all Mods,
I have received a letter saying that i could submit some more evidence for my appeal to be looked at at reconsideration stage is it worth me submitting my medical evidence that was sent to Atos with my ESA50 form, as i,m really not sure if a DM has seen them as i did,nt send them to DWP also i did,nt send them with my GL24 form, also shall i send copies of new meds and sick notes.
