Hi All, I,m being migrated from incapacity benefit to ESA. Filled in the intial form and returned by due date,heard nothing since .It,s two months now,icb is still being paid. Is this normal? thanks Bob

Unfortunately yes, most Decision are taking 2-3 months, but some claimants have waited considerably longer for a Decision to be made.
