ESA Reassessment from I.B.

I have rung a local Incapacity Benefit office but was transferred to a call centre miles away and was told that my reassessment that Atos report to is in Aberdeen but I am in Wales. So there seemed little point in sending duplicate forms as well as the ESA50 to Atos.
Its all very worrying....is everything centralised now? Apparently there are no local offices.

Yes,there are relatively few centres dealing with the delivery of ESA and some people find that they are sending forms to an office a very long way away. Most calls are also dealt with by specialised call centres, it is very difficult (if not impossible) to speak to a Decision Maker in person unless they initiate the call.

Any documentation sent to your local Benefits Office/Centre, should be redirected to the appropriate department wherever that may be.

To ensure this, you should put your Name, NINO, DOB, and Postcode.
