Has anyone else found that even though their subscription is up to date and live, they cannot go onto the benefits news page ????

Hi L,

As a paid up member, which you must be as you have posted here. , you should be able to access "Benefits News" from the green box on the left.

If you can't, contact : This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Indeed I should be able to, but every time I do click on Benefits News it says to subscribe to be a member, and yet I can go onto Members forum, strange!!!!!

Unless it's a problem with your P.C. etc, Lyn, Tech should be able to sort it out for you.

This happens to me regularly.

I've discussed this with Steve and it's felt it's a glitch in B & W software, which is being replaced soon.
