My old GP (who I made complaint about)has been on Tribunal panel for years so he must have sat with everyone! So how long will it take to get a panel for my appeal???? No ATOS female doctor...They sent me app with male doctor 9.30 to 10. I cant be prepared that early.. Can ATOS do this when Tribunal have asked for this specially? Can they just WARN me about existing award at one panel and then second panel re-instate my indefinate med rate care?
Can they JUST suddendly mention my old GP's name. WHY mention him now? I made complaint 6 months ago...still going through.
I feel that they are treating me like a criminal!!!
Anyone thinks this bit off, or am I going off my trolley?
Thanks
Darcy.

You need to give us more than six minutes before chasing up on a reply

Trying to pick your questions out of your posts. You are entitled to request a female doctor, that fact that ATOS do not have one available is not your problem, however, it will delay the process further if you insist on this.
As we explained on your previous post, the Tribunal is a Court of Law and must be seen as impartial in its deliberations, which is why this GP and anyone who has served with them cannot now preside on your case. Unfortunately, as you think they have served on Tribunals for some time, it may be difficult for the Tribunal Service to convene a new panel.
With regard the warning over you claim, basically you are being warned that all of your claim will be looked at when a hearing is finally convened. If you have not already done so, I would recommend you look at your DLA claim forms to be sure that you have made the best case you can for both the Care and Mobility components.
Finally, I would strongly recommend you get face to face advice on your claim from a trained advisor, there is only so much help you can get from a site like B&W or the internet, see
Where to get advice?
or by Googling "welfare advice" with your town or county.

I asked for female doctor on first medical, as I had been viciously raped in my home recently. They sent a male doctor!!! made a complaint because his report was wrong in many ways, I eventually recieved an apology from ATOS and upheld my complaint and were going to send him back for more training..
It was the 2nd appeal Tribunal who insisted that I have another medical with a female doctor though!!! What happens now ATOS say no female doctors in my area?
