As Bro suggested in an earlier post, the period between you receiving the transfer letter and the ESA50 can be variable, I would wait another week, and then contact ATOS again, if they still have no details of your transfer, then contact the DWP again.I emailed ATOS today, as I haven't received the ESA50 as yet. This was the reply I got:
Thank you for your email. Atos Healthcare has not yet received a referral from the DWP so I am unable to advise you. You may wish to contact the DWP Benefit Centre dealing with your benefit and who sent you the notification letter.
What should I do now? Should I contact the DWP or what, as it seems they haven't sent the referral yet.

I received the letter last week and I've just had the telephone call, which was obviously read from some type of script lol. Anyway the very pleasant lady I spoke too seemed to think after the call it goes like this. Allow 7-10 working days for the form to arrive, then up-to 4 weeks to fill it in, then two weeks to hear about a medical then after that three weeks to hear the decision. Now that to me seems a very quick turn around, has anyone's conversion gone that smoothly?

My impression is that this is not the case now, except very rarely, the time from returning the ESA50 to a potential assessment has increased by at least a week (it's much longer if you want your assessment recorded), and from the assessment to a Decision has increased by at least a month and in many cases by several months if not longer.
