The Conversion Notice was dated 24th September, so obviously I received it a bit after this. Is the ESA50 sent about two weeks after 24th Sept,or does it allow for the time taken to deliver the conversion notice.

Whilst on the subject of the transfer, is it worth requesting the doctors notes from the last IB assessment in 2009. Would it be of value to see what she had written? Can I just request a copy from the DWP?

You need to be aware that there are significant differences between the IB descriptors and the current ESA one, and there will be limited benefit in looking at information that
- does not directly refer to the current descriptors, and
- is at least three years old.
