Have you spoken to your GP about the report? Would they be willing to write to the DWP with the missing information?I have now received a copy of the information that my doctor provided. Although they were asked to complete the report with regard to specific named medical conditions, our doctor has not done this. Our doctor has only written about a couple of the conditions.
What should we do about this?
many thanks
If they will help you then this should go a long way to resolving the problem, although you may be asked about the discrepancy at any appeal hearing.
If the GP is not prepared to assist, then you are going to have to look at alternatives, have you thought about requesting your medical records?
Requesting your medical records
Charging for medical records
