DLA Appeal Advice needed please

Have you spoken to your GP about the report? Would they be willing to write to the DWP with the missing information?

If they will help you then this should go a long way to resolving the problem, although you may be asked about the discrepancy at any appeal hearing.

If the GP is not prepared to assist, then you are going to have to look at alternatives, have you thought about requesting your medical records?
