First the easy bit, the difference in addresses is down to the way that the DWP systems run. The letter was requested by the St. Albans office but printed in Belfast, which is one of the DWP centralised print centres, it would have then been sent directly to you.A few months ago i requested all the info that dwp hold on me. they sent this out and i thought that was that. today i received a letter from dwp it says, thankyou for returning our SANTA01-request for further info form , which we received on 16th october 2012. thing is i never sent another form or requested anymore info, im confused. the address at the top of the letter is jobcentre plus, beauver house, st albans. but the address on the rear of the envelope is belfast. any advice would be great, i would phone them but am not good at talking to people over the phone.
As to SANTA01, do you believe that you received all of the information you requested? DWP admin always was appalling, and is getting even worse, so it is perfectly possible that they are re-processing your request.
You can either wait and see what is sent to you, or give them a call to find out what is going on
