First the easy bit, the difference in addresses is down to the way that the DWP systems run. The letter was requested by the St. Albans office but printed in Belfast, which is one of the DWP centralised print centres, it would have then been sent directly to you.

As to SANTA01, do you believe that you received all of the information you requested? DWP admin always was appalling, and is getting even worse, so it is perfectly possible that they are re-processing your request.

You can either wait and see what is sent to you, or give them a call to find out what is going on
