Hi
I had an assessment last tuesday 9th October which i had recorded thanks for your temp plate letter .It was on the
afternoon .2days later they wrote to me saying zero points
i suspect they don't know it was recorded .
Has anyone else had a decision so qwick .

Sorry to hear that you were found "fit for work".

You may wish to request your ESA85 Medical Report, to see how it compares with the audio recording.

It can be requested over the phone, it may be advisable to back up any verbal request in writing.

Here's hoping your recording is useful. I'm sure that a recording will help your case on appeal, but of course it can't guarantee a successful outcome.

I - and probably others - would be grateful if you would keep us informed about how your reconsideration and then (if necessary) your appeal, including things like whether the DWP or the Tribunal work from a transcript. This is really important as Atos are not going to be very forthcoming about how recordings are dealt with at this stage, or how useful they are.

We don't want to have to use the DWP's conclusion about their "trial" as the sole source of information.
