Form IBM260

However, today I have received a form - IBM260 - telling me that he will be paid ESA in place of IB from 17th November. It doesn't mention any group. I'm assuming this is simply because it's his turn to migrate onto ESA and that the ATOS thing will just carry on in the background producing yet another dreaded brown envelope in time. Am I thinking along the right lines?
Thank you

How recently is recently?I am sorry if this has been asked before but I couldn't find anything on it. I am appointee for my husband who has been on IB for years and we have recently completed the ESA50 (with brilliant help from this site) and we're waiting for the next step.

It sounds like your husband has been successfully migrated to ESA without an assessment being done.
You should should receive notice of what group he has been placed in, you might want to give the DWP a call to find out what is going on.

DWP letters are confusing at bestI am well known for never reading anything properly and, having read all the way through the letter I have now seen at the end it actually says he has been placed in the SG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Congraulations on the award, if you want to know when he'll be re-assessesd you can request his ESA85A, the prognosis should indicate the timescale.
