Having already requested my ESA 85A after having successfully migrating from IB to the ESA Support group,I read somewhere about a ESA 85S personal statement from the DWP ? What exactly is it,and how does it differ from the ESA 85A ?

Thing is I was never asked to attend any 'Face to Face' WCA,could they still provide one (ESA 85S) if I ask for it ?

I don't think that it is used if a face to face does not take place.
