I have been recently reassessed and put in the Support group without a medical. I was very surprised to receive a form from the DWP giving the date of my next reassessment without having to ask for it. It was on form ESA72. I read this forum daily and cannot remenmber such a form ever being mentioned. Is this usual? Normally it is like getting blood from a stone.

I don't think we have seen an ESA72 form, so we can't comment on its content, so far it has only been referenced by one other member.

I think these ESA Forms may be breeding, as they seem to be multiplying by the day.

On a seperate typed nonumbered letter the D/M gave his reasons for placing my husband into S/G from WRAG at reconsideration.

When my husband was put into the S/G last year on reconsideration, i asked foer an ESA85A, as he was not subjected to a medical and recieved an ESA72 which basically was a form giving the date for his next assessment and assessment process.
On a seperate typed nonumbered letter the D/M gave his reasons for placing my husband into S/G from WRAG at reconsideration.

Thanks R,
I have not seen one yet, must try and find a copy of one on the net.
