Hi im spitting feathers I won my esa tribunal 4 weeks ago and Last week received letter from dwp saying they need sick note so I rang them and they apologised said not to worry as they have now got notification from tribunal and then they sent me new letters saying how much they owe me back pay and also my new esa rate ..
Today was my paydate I have just been down to pay point and they have not paid me..Today is my pay day ...they always mess up my payments and left me once for 5 weeks without pay it was their fault, this time I am going to complain I am so ill dont they understand what they do to us..
Where do I start.

The first thing to ask is, is today your pay day rather than the day you usually get paid on?

Benefit payment dates

The DWP often pay a day in advance so if that if they have problems they still have 24 hours to resolve the issue.

Failing that, then you certainly have reason to complain, especially if they have done this to you before. See

Complaining to the DWP

You might want to take note of the second link in the FAQ
