The first thing to ask is, is today your pay day rather than the day you usually get paid on?Hi im spitting feathers I won my esa tribunal 4 weeks ago and Last week received letter from dwp saying they need sick note so I rang them and they apologised said not to worry as they have now got notification from tribunal and then they sent me new letters saying how much they owe me back pay and also my new esa rate ..

Benefit payment dates
The DWP often pay a day in advance so if that if they have problems they still have 24 hours to resolve the issue.
Failing that, then you certainly have reason to complain, especially if they have done this to you before. See
