This is my IB that i have received long term over 15 years.
They have also stopped the income support i claimed as a couple due to the other half being out of work.
I think we were around £150 p/w and are now looking at
around £111 p/w and dont know how this is going to keep us at this time.
Ive been told the amount taken off my IB will be paid back if I win appeal, but I worry the amount left wont be enough.

If you win your appeal, then you will receive any missed payments and the Transitional Protection your were entitled will also be re-instated. It is not possible for us to comment on what your payments will be made up of, but if you had an IS top up then you will probably have an ESA(IR) one.So 0 points scored with this and appeal has been posted back.

With regard your appeal, have a look at our ESA Appeal guide and it may be worth you also having a look at the Claim guides as well, see

Hi, it seems if i were a single person i would get £71 esa while on appeal,
But as i claim as a couple they will be paying £111 p/w thats only £4 less than i used to get on IB for myself.
I was receiving £115 contribution based IB for myself.
It seems were going to be down quite an amount now every week.
I may need to speak to CAB etc. to find out if its advisable to claim any other way at this time.
thanks.
