As a further 2 weeks have passed, you might want to give the DWP another ring to find out what is going on.I was advised by Gordon a few weeks ago about a 1mth time limit after the reconsideration.
A friend of mine has received their form from the tribunal service this week, a few days after receiving the appeal pack from DWP.
The letter from the Tribunal Service is not really relevant and they only send this after they have received the papers from the DWP.

hi Gordon,
yes I thought the papers would have came by now. even although I had only verbal confirmation that the reconsideration had happened over 1mth ago.
I hope they dont try and get out of this because it was during a telephone conversation I had been told this.
regards,

I think it is in the legislation under which Tribunals are convened, but this is not something I have looked at for some considerable time, I'll try and find a link but it may not be today.Gordon you couldnt give me a link to where I can find out about DWP time limits for the appeals/reconsiderations etc.

I believe the one month rule is defined in Regulation 24(7) of the following, I haven't been able to find a more "english" definition, so I am not 100% on this.
