hi Gordon,
yes I thought the papers would have came by now. even although I had only verbal confirmation that the reconsideration had happened over 1mth ago.
I hope they dont try and get out of this because it was during a telephone conversation I had been told this.

I think it is in the legislation under which Tribunals are convened, but this is not something I have looked at for some considerable time, I'll try and find a link but it may not be today.
