Dates on letter from JCP

Just one small (I hope) question - on my recent letter confirming award of SG they state that 'The amounts on this page apply from 1 December 2012 to 1 March 2013'.
I was wondering what relevance the March date has, since I thought rates change in April and mine won't change anyway because I receive top-up?
Many thanks,

Hi H,
We were previously seeing dates that payments of an awards would be payed "To November 2012" this was purely for admin purposes and not the expected length of the ESA award.
One would assume that the "To March 2013" date is also for admin purposes.
I do know that your ESA award letter will not include the expected re-assessment date.
To find this out you would have to request copy of the ESA85 (if you had a face to face) or ESA85A (if you didn't) It may be best to request all documents used in coming to the SG decision to cover all bases.
It may also be advisable to actually request the length of the "Prognosis" as we have heard from members recently where the length of the prognosis is not included in the ESA85/85A, it simply states "in the longer term".
You can request the above over the phone by ringing the DWP office that deals with your ESA, it's always best to back up in writing though.

There may also be an : ESA72 Form

Thanks again; I would not have asked that without your advice.

Well, that was interesting - JCP answered instantly, and after the security q's gave me the re-assessment date over the phone, to be confirmed in writing, I hope. 3 years!
Thanks again; I would not have asked that without your advice.
