You should address all communication regarding your ESA claim to the address on the letter you received. This is dealt with in regional offices rather than your local JCP.

Well, following my phone call I've received the ESA85A giving, as predicted, a prognosis of 'in the longer term' and telling me which descriptor I met. But no ESA72 to confirm the 3 years that I was told, so I will be putting that in writing to them.
All the best,
Hopi

We are still not clear on what basis an ESA72 is completed, so we can't say whether one will exist in your file.Well, following my phone call I've received the ESA85A giving, as predicted, a prognosis of 'in the longer term' and telling me which descriptor I met.
