ESA50 Form: 2 Queries

Thanks Mrs Hurtyback and Gordon for confirming these questions/descriptors are not on the current ESA50. The information will be given in Other Info/ appended pages. I shall also refer to these issues in other relevant sections of the form. But how bad this is! A claimant unaware of these descriptors might not think of mentioning major physical problems.
