With the new sanction change of 3 December 2012 Does this mean at the age of 64 1/2. I have to attend one of these if Requested ? Or is the over sixty rule apply. I have look over the site and didn,t see an answer to this question.

There have been no changes to the Upper Age limit rule, however, it is not based on a claimant being over the age of 60, but rather their State Retirement Age.
For a woman it is their SRA, for a man it is the SRA for a woman borm on the same day.
