Lost my envelope for ESA50 form - help - urgent!!

Hi, I was wondering if anyone can tell me which address to return my ESA50 form to.
It came without the enclosed envelope.

There is an address on the top right hand corner of the accompanying "Medical Services" letter, in my case its the Edinburgh Office.
Will sending it recorded delivery in my own envelope cause any "red Tape" type of problems?

Just looked at my envelope I have to send in before christmas the address I have is:

ATOS Healthcare
1st Floor
Stephenson House
2 Cherry Orchard Road
Croydon
Surrey
CRO 6BA

Best to check the address is the right one as I do not know if there are offices for different regions...

The ESA50 needs to be returned to ATOS, so if the letter is from ATOS then this is probably the address to return it to.

Using your own envelope should not cause a problem.

I sent mine to Government Buildings in Nottingham, so I'd imagine they go to different areas.
